Completed the Flying School tests with Gold.

You've got a phone call waiting.

The Rustler, Stuntplane & Hunter spawns in Verdant Meadows Hangar.

The Hunter can be used for the Vigilante side missions.

The Air Field or Air Yard missions are open.

Picked up an armor for you.

I suggest you doing Zero's mission.

The Driving School should also be completed.

The Airports are now open, as now you have the Pilot License!

Saved at Verdant Meadows.

Completing the Flying School with Bronze gives you a Hustler.

Extremely helpful... and wow, ton's of effort, man. Thanks a lot. Once I get my 360 controller working I think I'll practice flying, but until then, thanks.
