The infamous Vice Squad

Between 1979 and 1988 the notorious Vice Squad ran drug and prostitution rackets in uptown algonquin. They made millions running the streets and putting fear in their enemies. This is their story, the rise and fall of one of the most legendary network of hustlers to ever do it. It all started in 1979 on the streets of north holland in liberty city. Reggie "big savage" hall was a big time drug dealer who was in a turf war with another rival dope boy in uptown. The beef claimed 5 bodies in only 2 weeks. Ronald "birdman" sams was the nigga he was beefin with. Birdman was planning to kill reggie but didnt have enough muscle to do it. So he linked up with a street team hit squad named jump out boys and payed them to do the job. Reggie had a team of killers also, but they wasnt hired guns, they were murkin off loyalty. In the summer of 1979, sh*t hit the fan. The jump out boys ran up on reggie at a red light and started bussin. Reggie was hit 5 times but still managed to survive. While recovering, reggie planned his attack on birdman. This time it was personal. Before this, the only people being shot and killed were reggie's and birdman's goons now it was the two bosses bein put in crossfire. Two weeks later reggie made his move. He had got word that birdman and his boys was at a local club in uptown. So he and his crew went to the club and waited outside until birdman came out......... Not knowing what awaited him outside, birdman and his boys walked out the club and approached the car. Thats when 5 armed men rushed to birdman and started shooting. When the shooting ended, 3 layed dead. Birdman was killed before he hit the ground, and his two goons were both shot in the head. The beef had finally ended. This allowed reggie to take over birdman's turf and set up shop. Reggie knew that he could get more money if he organized his operation. He called a meeting of all the major drug dealers and pimps in uptown. They all decided it was in there best interest to come together and make money instead of beefin over territory. They formed a network in which every man was his own boss and still controlled his crew and operation but couldnt murder or take turf with out getting permission. This network later became known as the infamous Vice Squad.

 

 

Reggie saw how the italians ran their mob and wanted the vice squad to be like the commission of the streets. This cut down on all vice related murders because now if u wanted to kill somebody and take their turf u had to get permission from the Vice Squad. Also they increased profits buy making members pay dues and kicking up to their boss. And if u wasnt apart of vice squad but still sold drugs or pimped u had to pay a tax. The Vice Squad extorted every dealer and pimp during their 9 year run. People knew better than to f*ck over the squad because they had a hit team that would kill in a heart beat. The hit team was the murder inc of uptown. If sombody didnt pay their tax they would get a 3 day grace period to come up with the cash after that if the person still didnt have the funds they were torchered and killed. The grip they had on the streets made everybody fear them. They even had police on the payroll. The legendary Dwayne Forge was also a member of the infamous vice squad. At the time dwayne was a young boy on the streets sellin crack. He was making alot money at a early age because of his vice squad ties. He ran with Reggie's crew in north holland. Reggie taught dwayne how to cook crack, weight it up, and bag it. By age 15 dwayne had over $100,000 he was quickly makin a name for himself not just in algonquin but in all 5 borough's. Nobody exacly knows how much money the vice squad made but people estimate they made over 200 million dollars on the streets of algonquin. With lots of money comes lots of problems. Reggie knew that eventually the feds were gonna take him and his crew down, and in 1988 they did. On march 5,1988, over 30 vice squad members were rounded up and charged with everything from racketeering to murder, only 3 remained in the streets. Dwayne was one of the 3 that remained. Seeing the heat from his vice squad ties and knowing it was only a matter of time before they come after him, Dwayne branched off and started his own gang, the North Holland Hustlers. This marked the end of a 9 year run. There will never be another Vice Squad, what they did was legendary and paved the way for inner city blacks to make money, not by killing but by being organized. Reggie is currently serving life at maxwell maxium security prison in upstate liberty. Free Reggie!! and da rest of the squad!!!

It's a very good start. I think if you turn it into a concept thread with logos and such it would probably get it more attention, while not inherently better that way, I think it would benefit you.

 

A little more spelling corrections (you instead of u) would also make it more friendly on the eye.

 

Also I like that you have a North Holland gang allying with a bunch of smaller gangs
