Just curious, How can you lose one of your Game DVD's-Don't you keep it in the case the game comes in? But, anyway, unless you find the missing disc, you WILL have to BUY a new copy of the game(and if you're prone to losing things-looks like you are, since you lost a game disc), Buy the Steam version, that way there will be NO discs to worry about losing. Luckily, the game is ONLY $14 Retail version now a days, so it is cheap to replace...and let that be a lesson to take better care of your games and to store them in the ORIGINAL cases when not in use...
