Finn 7 five 11
Akmal Saleh, i love him, i can't quite put my finger on why he makes me laugh, he isn't usually doing stand-up though, he appears mostly on good news week and is quite funny for the odd things he says. His stand up, Another stand up both seem to touch on the arab terrorist stereotype. An appearence on good news week, a little ridiculous but enjoyable, if your going to watch any of these give this one a watch it really is great TOmorrow i will give all the other comedians posted a watch, i expect you to watch my videos, and you the same, and i am sure there are some great comedians that i haven't discovered. _Rob_
I don't want anyone to take this the wrong way, but does it not seem that all not white comedians talk about is how their culture is different to American or English, and some of them how white people do this and black people do that, and yet if a white comedian were to say it it'd be racist? Also Frankie Boyle, Jimmy Carr and Russel Howard are very funny.

Not that the jokes they make aren't funny (unless it's Gina Yashere... she's just... dreadful), but it is quite.. predictable. Ah well! Anyway, Bill Bailey! One of my favourite comedians, he's like an idiot genius
Darkconnor55
I have two Lee Evans and Omid Djalili, great comedians. Just some of their acts. They are brilliant fp, especially his XL tour in cardiff. and Omid Djalilis' royal variety performance is funny and what he said in front of the royal family. Russel Howard is one funny guy. Well to be fair, most stand up comics are white, middle-class males, so if you're different from that in some way you've got a bit of a gimmick (I don't mean that badly, it's just something to make you stand out). So if you're not particularly middle class, white or male you've instantly got something to talk about that sets you apart from both your peers (mostly) and, in the US and UK, from your audience so you're not just talking about things that they see/talk about/do every day any way. I don't think it's too annoying if the whole act isn't based around it. Like with the two people I posted earlier ( and ) they're both non-white women but those two factors don't take up the whole of their routines, especially Osho's who does a lot of current affairs stuff on show like Stand Up for the Week. Also jumping on the bandwagon, the guy's hilarious and has some really fun energy on stage.

Punk-in-Drublic
Also jumping on the bandwagon, the guy's hilarious and has some really fun energy on stage. Everyone seems to love this guy but I haven't seen him on anything except Mock The Week. I watched the skit he did about the EDL though, that was hillarious, more comedians need to attack the far right!

darthYENIK
f*ck you guys. I know he's dead but George Carlin deserves more respect than this. "Jeez, those things are...responding." P.S. To all you young people, yes there was a time when farting was not allowed on TV. Edited June 29, 2011 by darthYENIK
Jonesizzle
My dad had a George Carlin vinyl disc, he was the first stand-up comedian I heard of. Don't remember the name, but he was sitting in a classroom with something written on the chalk-board for the cover. Guy is a legend. Patrice O'Neal is underrated, and I like Gabirel Iglesias too.
