It will be released on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows and Wii. The game takes place in Chicago after a major-scale earthquake has destroyed the city and separated it from mainland, while the rest of the world suffers a water crisis. The game takes place in Chicago after a 10.3 Mw earthquake destroys the city and the rescue team fails to save the survivors. Millions are dead, and the city is leveled. The protagonist, a middle-class man named Adam Collins, has to evade enemies, keep from becoming dehydrated, find his missing girlfriend and stay alive in a crumbled city of hate. Adam also has to evade certain citizens throughout the game, as they'll do anything in order to take his belongings, and use them as their own The player controls Adam Collins in a first person perspective. The player can use various tactics to stay alive, including using an empty gun to threaten enemies, finding food and water around the city in order to keep Adam alive and healthy and use of actual live weapons, including pistols, machine guns, and grenades if found. The player can also drive abandoned vehicles. Driving vehicles will be in the traditional third-person view, and running or walking can be toggled between first and third person. Some dude's are chasing the main character for his water bottle. He throws the bottle on a glass ceiling and the guys fall through to their death. This two projects are big as how Alan Wake was, therefore, takes time to make them. Worried that you'll never see Beyond Good & Evil 2? Slightly concerned that you'll never see I Am Alive? Fear not, my friends, for Ubisoft has confirmed that these games are safe. Hackles were raised when Ubisoft announced that a number of titles had been terminated, and many assumed that the aforementioned games -- both of which have gone dark -- were among the dead. However, the publisher stated that all canceled games were unannounced, and confirmed that I Am Alive and Beyond Good & Evil 2 are still in development. So that's some great news. Wish it had Character Customization, for supreme awesomeness for a game like this! I actually don't want to fight people in this, I want to gather survivers and if people try to attack you, you could reason with them. steriods would be perfect for a game like this btw. G The Generous Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 (edited) well it's just CG after all. here is actual ingame: enviroment itself about sh*t collapse is really awesome.but effect is still bad and some animations look really mess up,but probably Ubi will improve this later. i remember i have watch more video show gameplay in 1st person gameplay,but could be deleted by utube now since it's leaked stuff.it's a bit familar with Alone in the dark,really bad idea for using 1st person for a survive game imo. I really hope they are still working on it. Been waiting for a decent survival game. I want the game to force you into drinking water every hour or so if not you will die. The NPCs look crazy.
