tomleo123
I have gta 4 for my Laptop... Sony Vaio VGN-FE41Z CPU: Intel core 2duo processor T7200 (supports enhanced intel speedstep technology) 2.00GHZ Memory: 2GB/Go DDR2 SDRAM (2x 1024MBMo) 667MHz HDD: 200GB/Go Wlan: 802.11a/b/g Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 GPU Running on windows 7 I can get Gta 4 to load, But the map is invisible (like driving on thin air) i have tried to alter the visual settings but it just automatically resets back to default Anyone know what i can do as i am very frustrated, And cant really afford a high end pc after paying £300 for this laptop. Many thanks, Tommy
NaidRaida
To make it short and hard: Your machine seems to be way to weak to run this game correctly. The only thing I can recommend: Lower your settings as much as you can. Normally, missing textures can be a sign of weak hardware or less resources. This game is a bad port and for Laptop it may be even worser. You´re in the total wrong section here for this. This is modding section. Would fit better to Troubleshooting section. Requested... You need a quadcore cpu and a good GFX card (I have a GTX460) but I never used this game on laptop. Edited June 24, 2011 by NaidRaida
Girish
Moved to IV Troubleshooting. Did you not read the required specifications mentioned behind the game box? Your laptop does not meet the minimum requirements for the game and as such, you won't be able to run this game properly. Your video card is 7600 whereas the minimum requirement is a 7900.
