The songs the saxophone player plays and the ringtone are from radio station JNR in the original GTA IV which was not included in EFLC and so St Thomas probably isn't licensed for TLAD or TBOGT, and even though you can hear JNR on the radio with DLC, the ringtone is probably removed to be consistent with EFLC. BTW the saxophone player is the likeness and voice of Walter Houser, Sam and Dan's dad. That makes me want to be nice to him. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
