mikroscopic Posted June 23, 2011 Share Posted June 23, 2011 ok ive just got the pc version of gta 4 and when ive gone to install the game i get about 3/4 of the way through. it then tells me to change the disk to disk 2, i do this but to my surprise when i put the disk in it clicks and stops spinning so i decided to click the "ok" button but then the installation stopped responding. plz help me with this problem its annoying me so much Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Girish Posted June 23, 2011 Share Posted June 23, 2011 Moved to Troubleshooting. The installer stops responding momentarily when you insert Disc 2. Are you sure you're waiting long enough for the installation to resume? Also, close all running applications (including your anti-virus) before starting the installation just to make sure that no other app interferes with it. Alternatively, you can copy the content of both the discs onto your hard drive and try installing the game from there. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
