MoeBest Posted June 22, 2011 Share Posted June 22, 2011 OK.. I bought the GTA collectors edition a few years ago. The collectors edition contains: GTA, GTA London, and GTA II. I installed the GTA portion, pick my character, and poof.. it quits. So a few years later, I found the CD again. I installed it on my laptop, windows 7 64 bit, Intel I7, and the same thing. Poof... quits about I pick the character and click the play button. WFT!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sektor Posted June 22, 2011 Share Posted June 22, 2011 Try the PLAYER_A.DAT fixes in this topic. If using an NVIDIA card, you might need to rename the exe to grand theft auto.exe so the drivers can apply a work around. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
