Open the handling.dat file with the editor and follow my example: ADMIRAL 1700.0 6.0 85 0.0 0.0 -0.2 0.0 5 0.2 1.0 180.0 [...] The red value represents the kind of drivetrain for all vehicles (not sure about bikes). 0.0 means pure RWD, 1.0 means pure FWD, 0.5 means pure AWD. Values like 0.7 are also possible and will result in a proper ratio. I recommend to edit the handling with GTA IV handling editor 1.4 by Computer Masster.
