If it's not create now, no one will do such a tool. But I see that you friend managed to hack the camera position, so why don't you ask him, how he did it?

I did LC studios WAY back, but it was for the LC mod on top of VC. I don't think anyone has a working hook for GTA III, and really, why would you? There's so much more with the VC engine.

 

I will say that once I finish the show, I do plan to redo Vice Studios to be more like San An, in terms of the save file stuff and animation setup. But this is a LONG ways off...
