But in all seriousness, if your gonna start a TC, at least learn how to model, using MeD, texturing, etc. If you have no clue on how to do that, then why bother making a thread announcing that you're gonna make the mod? rootmanback Posted June 26, 2011 Share Posted June 26, 2011 seriously everyone needs to lay off the negativity off his mod, of course his textures and photoshopping and the other stuff may need a lil improving, but you gotta be a lil less harsh he's only learning and yes he shouldve thought it through, but look at his prgress so far, better than saying that he's making a mod and that he needs x amount of 3d artists and modelers and coders who will do his bidding..... cut him sum slack yehhhh? oh and mate as much as you hate others talking down your mod, youre always gonna get opinions from everwhere else whether its good or bad. all you can do is improve and get better, hell even ask for sum tips on how and look for ways to get better at your photoshop texture skills. seeing as your making an gta england type mod, i suppose you could maybe try and make pippa middleton as a possible replacement for cj, as i wouldnt mind playing as sum who's fit and could be a lil gangsta bitch anyway, you only get better with practice. dont give up. TheNathanNS Posted June 26, 2011 Author Share Posted June 26, 2011 (edited) Do you have permission to use the Claude Player Replacement mod? @bammargera idk what you really mean by that? do you mean 1.) im going to use Claude as the new character? or 2.) am i allowed to use it in my own GTA? anyway Claude IS NOT going to be the main character in GTA England its still gonna be CJ (or whatever character your using) im using the Claude model for show cos i liked claude (youtube vids pics etc.) if the player wants to keep a "white" CJ then i'll make shorts/shirts for CJ which have white hands/legs cos CJ looks weird having a white body and black hands/legs so what im basicly saying is you keep whatever character your using (CJ Claude Eminem etc.) its only going to mainly be the clothes effected for the player model (if i get good on Gmax i'll make new hairstyles like have a MUFC shaved in CJ's head) @rootmanback ikr! its annoying as f*ck seeing "this mods gonna suck" if i had 1p for everytime someone said that i'd be richer than Bill Gates i looked at some "map editor" tutorials on youtube and im gonna attempt to mod the LSPD (now Kidderminster Police Station) building i'll post a pic later of the "new" building EDIT: i modded the police station..... good news is it never crashed bad news is the entire thing was basicly transparent!
