Hmm well I modded my game as hell so yeah.

 

At 1, 2, and 3 stars are pretty much still the same exept for new ford crown victoria police car. The police motorcycles units are removed from the game because they were dicks.

 

4 stars: Well, again modded SWAT Vans and modded SWAT officers. I changed the micro uzi's to G36c's and I changed the weapon handling file so they don't shoot like a bunch of gangsters anymore (remember?). Now they use both hands. The news heli is now also a police heli.

 

5 stars: At this wanted level I removed the FBI XD. Now there come green police hummers with SWAT officers (also in green uniforms.) With MP5s offcoarse.

 

6 stars: Well, this one was pretty hard to make but I did it. I removed the rhino from the game because I hated those tanks chasing me. This resulted in the army only putting up roadblocks up with barracks. Instead of barracks and rhino's chasing me I now had only normal police cars chasing me. I changed the soldier skin to a SWAT skin (again) but offcoarse one that looks stronger. The barracks I changed to a another SWAT Van. (bigger then the one from 4 stars.)

 

Then I installed the 6 stars cleo mod. This mod changes 6 stars. At this modded wanted level the army also deploy: Hunters (apaches), Raindances (you know, those withe and yellow helicopters.) Wich drop soldiers with M4s (wich I changed to SWAT officers with M16s), and there also come Patriots (humvees) with soldiers on it who shoot with M4s.

 

Now the Hunters I replaced with SWAT hunters, the Raindance I changed to a SWAT raindance and the Humvee got changed to a black police hummer. As result I got a 6 star wanted level with only SWAT teams wich is harder then the original 6 stars.

I put 4 star. Not too hard but not to easy to survive when you have one. I used to like to get it up to that then lock it. Then fight off the cops.

4-star because I spent quite a lot time in restricted zones nad I learned how to survive there. Also I prefer 5 stars wanted level to 6 stars army is nothing against FBI..well at least in San Andreas.

5 Star Wanted Level.

It's more challenging that 6 Star, all they do is drive around in slow Barracks's and Rhino's.

Barracks's only have 2 Soldiers with the M4, and Rhino's are just slow, they never shoot at you, plus it only contains one soldier with an M4.

On the other hand, on 5 Star wanted levels FBI Chases you with Fast FBI Ranchers which are four door and carry 4 FBI Agents, who carry MP5's, they're very challenging.

And they even get out before you get out of the vehicle so they can quickly take you down, same if you're flying a helicopter, they'll just get out and start shooting at you.

5 Star is always the most challenging wanted level in GTA III Era.

In the other hand, in IV Era, 6th one is the most challenging.

Voted for 4-star wanted level, cause in that case I survive for a longer period. 5 is just too nuts with those "roadrunners" chasing you. Not that fighting those isn't fun, but still 4-star the best for me. Those barricades and when they manage to hit you with those heavy Enforcers, you may say good-bye to your car

6 is so underwhelming and boring as hell. Good thing it was fixed for the sake of realism in the future titles, where 6 stars means a horde of police cars and FIB/NOOSE vehicles. Not some slow-ass military tanks and Barracks.

Wanted level 1,2 and 3 is a bit easy. Wanted level 6 is a bit unfair since one slight contact with the Rhino and you'll get wasted and besides that it isnt that fun.

The most FUN i had was at wanted level 4 and 5. But at lv 5 it was really fun. I use to recruit 3 homies (2 got Desert Eagle and 1 got MP5), then go to Transfender and paint my AP Admiral black and put on Twist tires. Then drive to SF naval base or Area69 to get a wanted lv5. And then, survive as long as you can!

 

Let the fun begin!!

dude, if you got AP car then you can survive forever, in sa AI isn't smart enough to shoot you in car, driving without flipping is the key and before all you eat fat to maximum and muscle to max then it takes hell alot of time to get dead and even that doesn't stop, going to snack machines will give extra hours!

He knows as he is a serious Special Vehicle collector and can also do the 13.37% Starter Save before Big Smoke Mission, etc, etc. The point of his reply was simply to have some fun. I do the same similar things. I like to collect to make the game more interesting and harder and rewarding and then after 100%, I like to drive around all my Special Vehicles and just mess around and I, too, like the 5 Star Wanted Level the most. 6 Stars is boring and under 3 stars is too easy.

 

Furthermore, the Cops can't shoot you in general. They can't. The only GTA where the cops can shoot you through the windows and windshield is LCS and VCS. Even if you're driving an AP/PP Vehicle in LCS, the cops can still shoot you through the windshield as it can be shot out. In VCS in an AP Vehicle the same thing happens, but only worse. The FBI can actually kill you while driving the AP Sentinel XS as you pass through a handful of roadblocks. But yeah, it's only LCS/VCS where you can actually get shot through the windshield/windows. In SA, there is the ability to shoot out the glass of the front windshield, but they cops never do. They never shoot out the tires, either, even though they can be shot out easily...

 

But yeah, 4 and 5 star wanted levels are probably the most fun...

Call me imbecil or casual if you want, but I have done a 13.37% run. An any% speedrun in 6h40 something. A special cop save file where I've collected 3 Hydras. An Ultimate Vehicle save file where I got 73 special vehicles stored. And tried to be nice in this forum. And lots more.

 

But I dont know coding.

 

Seems theres douchebags ONLY in the GTA community. I've had enough.

My best are 3-5 wanted stars just to have a fun chase. By the time i get 6 stars im either dead or if i survive that long i start to haul ass to the pay-n-Spray. The amry wasn't hard as they were in Gta 3. It's that just while on foot cops have a ridiculous amount of spawning locations to the point where their everywhere and mine as well give up. 3-5 starts are always fun for me.

It's the only remotely challenging wanted level in SA

 

Since I use "real police attention" mod (by which you get wanted level just by stealing a car, two stars just for killing a pedestrian or two, two stars for blowing up vehicles, and can gain max stars just by killing a few cops in a manner of seconds), the wanted level is freezed at five, which means endless FIB chaces. Yay!

This is my second favorite wanted level mod

 

It makes the game almost impossible with six stars. Endless amounts of soldiers, tanks, helicopters ans whatnot.

Btw, i prefer 5 stars because it's alot more difficult to drive at top speed in 5 stars than in 6 stars. The Barracks and Rhinos are so damn slow!!!
