Personally I like 5 stars. The FBI quartets in their cruisers with MP5 are much more challenging than the soldiers in their slow and clumsy Barracks and Rhinos, coming by 2 or by 1 per vehicle.

FBI squads are a challenge enough for me. The only way I could survive them to 6 stars is use a Gatling Gun, whereas I could supress the soldiers with just M4.

 

Plus, the FBI cruisers are much faster and swifter than Barracks or Rhinos, who are slower and clumsier, so it's difficult to shake the FBI off if you're on the road.

 

Also, although the M4 is more powerful than MP5, 4 agents shooting you up with the Machine pistols will kill you/blow up your car faster than a single soldier with an M4.

 

I also noticed that the Rhinos and Barracks come by one, whereas FBI Ranchers come in groups of 4, 5 or even 6 sometimes.

im gonna play GTA SA with cheats and challange the FBI's soldiers SWAT's and others right now wait its storm now i cant play GTA SA until storm is gone

A tie between six and one/none. Six, because it's always fun with all the chaos of FBI and policemen and helicopters. But just no stars at all is good, because I can do whatever sh*t I want without having to worry about the police being ready to pounce everywhere I turn.

6 stars, hands down. It's so entertaining when you have 6 stars. I love taking out M4s and RPGs and Miniguns and filling the parkway with bodies. Then I blow up the Rhinos by repeatedly shooting them. It's like a rampage, but with cops instead of gangsters!

Off topic: That's just your opinion. Others might think differently.

On topic: The 5 or 6 star wanted levels are the best only when not on a mission, but 2-4 are the best wanted levels that are alright when you have a mission that is nothing but in a car getting away from the cops. Never on foot. For on foot I would say a 1 and 2 star wanted level.

I've never actually seen Rhinos before unless I spawn them myself. Do they come in at 6 stars?

I like 3/4 Stars best, not having the surpreme challenge of FBI and Army, but more challenging than basic Cops with those annoying Pistols!

Yeah, Cops are useless, that is why I prefer the higher wanted levels to an extent.

4. The miliatry is clumsy in their slow ass baracks' and tanks. And I find it dumb that the FBI is tasked to kill a guy, while they only deal in intelligence and investigation.

FBI kill, no longer just Lawyers and CPAs. Use Snipers too, "Ruby Ridge", "Waco".

Better to kill suspects to avoid expensive or unwinable trials.

I like 1-5 stars the best.

I just can't have fun with the army because they are lazy c*nts and they are way too easy to kill. If they deployed hunters and other sh*t on my ass it would be way more fun.
