They are a pair of Vibram Five-Fingers KSO. f*ckin love them. They are basically a barefoot alternative. I love being barefooted but just walking around the yard and catching a stray rock can f*ck anyone's day up. They use fabrics similar to watershoe or wet suit material. They look like they would be uncomfortable and/or a pain to get on with the individual spots for each toe but they feel f*ckin awesome. I have spent the last 2 days running around doing normal sh*t wearing those shoes...and jumping in puddles like a little kid. They are the perfect summer shoe.

Vibram

Yeah, they're supposed to be absolutely perfect for running, since the human foot has so many muscles that it uses when you're running - all the toes help make little adjustments and stuff while on terrain. I've never tried out any myself, however. How much did those cost?

They're awesome, I used to wear them to run the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m and 4x800m. They make running fun, and they make you feel light as a feather.

I just did a video of an electronical doo-dad I found at the Goodwill, a new location of Goodwill I decided to check out, and when I come across something intersting, I do have to ask myself, Do I really need it?! Probably not, but it was the best item they had... and as it turns out, works without fault.

For $10 bucks only, it's a 5 disc carousel DVD changer from Panasonic that has speaker terminals and amps built in, covering DTS, DVD Audio discs, DVD RW and CD RW formats and Dolby Digital as well as Windows Media and Jpeg discs. It's specific to using a Wireless all in one rear surround speaker, so that I do not have, but reading up on it, it uses Wireless B, Wifi to send the audio to the rear amp module!

The vid here I actually forgot to mention Super Audio CD, Sony's supported format for multichannel Audio, DVD Audio is the other one, which supports Dolby Digital and DVDA all on one disc, making it my preferred format overall

I went back to the Goodwill I found the DVD changer at, I mentioned it uses a proprietary surround speaker unit, that allows no wires to be used across the room, and found that speaker unit, and the others as well, however, no remote, on eBay they have them for $15 on up though. DANG!

I shop the Goodwill because it's like a garage sale that's open daily, and it makes me sound like a broken record, but who doesn't like deals?? I go there simply to buy blank media or tapes, CDs, even books on occasion, and jeans and shirts. I got two virtually new rock shirts last, one AC DC For those about to Rock, in white and orange, really cool if you ask me! The other with the famous Rolling Stones tongue and their logo in black

But that same week I found a shirt there that said "I'm Not Dead Yet". in white letters on black, that's all it says but I thought; what a great statement that can mean so much.... when you consider who's wearing it!!

So you're now a Don Henley "Boys of Summer", er, Boy of Summer. Got your Wayfarers on! hahaha

I bought a downsized Sega Genesis I found today, only 2 bucks, but they priced the adapter, controllers, AV connector, all that, damn! So it added up a bit. They also had the original Genesis 16 bit console but no AV or AC adapter so I had to settle for the NEW IMPROVED version, however, where's the trusty Volume knob on this damn thing?!?!
