Yup. Some of the X360 controllers (that are marked "for Windows" - or something like that - on the packaging) come bundled with such receiver. Mine did.

Yeah, jail-breaking that bad-boy and then coupled with the Icade it becomes a pretty powerful and small MAME cab. I'm tired of using a PS1 arcade stick and MAME on my PC, it's just not the same
