PS VITA out already?!?!?

An update, I got my Dell Precision M60 GTA loaded, and found the nVidia QuadroFX 700 is aimed at working with AUTOCAD, not gaming and it supports only Shader Model 2.0, but it DOES have a 3D visual "Stereo" mode with available shutter glasses. Cool

With the Distance Draw down to one or two, and the screen resolution also set to low depth, I notice a major change in speed, but again, there are problems with San An, the more active elements on the screen, the slower the animation. Also forgot to turn off trails in GTA3 when I started, but it is a nice laptop for the price, but lacking an IDE laptop drive, I had to sacrifice my Sony VAIO one, originally came with the Sony K23, but it was partitioned and bogged down in a bad way, VERY VERY slow, and not even gaming, now reformatted with XP Pro on the M60, it's working nice! It's even showing good health when tested!

I had my mechanical whiz of a brother repair my old PlayStation®2, so I decided to go out and buy one of my favourite games. I still have III and San Andreas, but I somehow lost Vice City.

Mine's casing broke, and I was installing all three to my Dell M60! Sounds like a gun. I like it

Anyway, Vice was a hard one to find on PC, but not so much for PS2, what fix was required?

I am surprised that this did not happen sooner as I bought it in 2004, but it overheated and toasted the insides of itself. I am not well equipped with knowledge on how to repair any mechanical things, but what my brother told to me is that "the piece of sh*t's fixed".

Had a trip to Tesco on my way past. Managed to pick up this clotted cream rice pudding. Cannot describe how f*cking tasty that stuff is.

Just picked up some copies of Megashark vs Crococaurus, Mega Piranha, Sharktopus and a 3 dvd boxset of Bear, Megashark vs Giant Octopus and Lockjaw. All for a mate for his birthday. He has great taste in films.

Seeing as I bought them online I couldn't resist getting myself something as well, so I picked up a t-shirt based on a design from before I was born. Check out how much of a hipster I am.

Ah man. I love those movies. Great pick up for your friend. Sci Fi(or however it's spelled these days) originals haven't been good for a bit now. I'm sick of the current trend of weather issues and non monster flicks. I want more sharks eating helicopters out of the sky.

And to stay on topic; I just got home from picking up a new bike battery and a case of beer.

This is my new build, just minus the CPU since that needed to be sent from a different supplier due to the fact the other place I ordered it from in the start didn't even have it in stock for another 3 weeks. I did find that the one I did order from the start was 3.30Ghz and the one that I'm now waiting for is actually 3.40Ghz for about £15 more.

My fans and Motherboard - currently have 2 fans installed in my tower along with one that was pre installed.

My new graphics card - not installed yet.

My new PSU, obviously not installed yet.

Front of my new tower.

And then the side view of the tower with the fan at the top I put in the other day.

Basically, I already hooked in my new 1TB HDD into the tower since I didn't see the point in waiting around and do it on the day I get my CPU, might fit in the CD drive too depending on how I feel since they are all non tool holders for that stuff. I also installed 2 fans into the tower along with the little metal thing in the back where all of the cables connect to the motherboard. Hoping my CPU will get delivered sometime during this week so I can actually fit everything in.

My friend had one of those, he paid almost $800 for it way back when.

He also has the PS2 one.

I didn't pay anywhere near that, the seller had listed it in the wrong area!

While I was digging through my old bedroom closet at my parent's house, looking for stuff that I could still use at my apartment, I found my old PlayStation®. It had one game with it, one of my favourites on the console, Monster Rancher 2, so I hooked it up and started to play it and it ran very well for a device that I purchased in 1994. One of my brothers works at a computer technological study place that happens to sell old video games for a cheap price; especially if they are for the PlayStation®. All of the other games were taped together, but I found an old favourite game of mine from when I was young; WWF SmackDown! 2: Know Your Role!. It was only a buck and it looked in great condition, so I bought it. It runs and plays great and it brings back good memories. I remember when I was in junior high school. If you had this game, you were the sh*t.
