Ummm... What? You want towtruck to replace police-vehicle? If I got it right, you'll only some tow-truck mod and Vehicle Special Abilities Editor. NOTICE: Towtruck HAS to have FOUR WORKING DOORS, otherwise it will crash the game if you replace 4-doored car with it!
