Mine would be Sweet out of San Andreas. I have a few I would like to see return but picking one It would be Sweet. Tommy overall was a great protagonist in my opinion and he had a real straight forward personality that made him who he was. He didn't like to muck around and he always wanted to keep things formal in a way. I know the scrapped Darkel missions from III point towards his absense but being that we never get to play those missions R* in game explanation would be great. That guy, at least to me, was a slimy little bastard, but funny at the same time. And the shady government affairs he involved CJ in were just awesome. "I could've killed you in nine different ways, Carl!" I guess for second place I'd pick Cesar, since I always wanted to know what happened to him after the events of SA.
