Need Compilation of Best SA Mods till date!

- Googled the online database

- Searched GTAforums and gtagarage.

 

Now, any help after the above failed attempts would be HIGHLY APPRECIATED!!!..

 

I require a list (with links) of the Best Mods for SAN ANDREAS TILL DATE that give high replay value and also the specific DO's and DON'T's of the Mod which any one has tried and tested, and found to be the BEST????

 

After downloading many high reviewed Mods either the game starts crashing or makes the uninstall corrupt resulting into a complete disk clean and reinstallation which just a heck of serious time waste and troublesome for me.

 

Any one kind enough to post their favorite mods for any add-on to gameplay would be great
