Bad.boy!
I am not sure, but I don't think that San Andreas supports all character, otherwise you can type sh*t like this: ☺☻♥♦♣♠•◘○◙♂♀♪♫☼►◄↕‼¶§▬↨↑↓→←∟↔▲▼
fireguy109
http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/ On the side it has this- Third-party tools: FXT Editor (with sources) a handy tool made by WordsBG to create and edit FXT files used by the GXT Hook plugin http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/FXTEditor.zip is the link. It should allow you to read/use them through Sanny builder.
Vinnex89
thanks for the help fireguy109,Bad.boy! I opened the .gxt file translation in portuguese (brazilian) that i use in my gta and found what was the character corresponding to what I need. i did it a small program written in Java that runs through the text and change the letters that have characters such as á é ç, etc. for the corresponding characters in gta the language of the program is in Portuguese, but if someone wants, I'll leave a link to download. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KJF3975K
