Ripcorner
Hey, sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I'm having trouble with CLEO 4. I recently switched to 4 from 3, and when I load a game, there is no sound, except for the radio when I get in a car. Not even the menu buttons. The sound works in the startup menu, right up until I load a game, but after that it's nada. Please help I don't really know what to do as I installed Sanny Builder and CLEO using installer wizards or whatever they're called. Thanks! fireguy109
Which mods do you have installed and where'd you buy SA?
Ripcorner
Which mods do you have installed and where'd you buy SA? Bought the game for like $10 off the discount rack at Future Shop. I have a few car mods and a GTA IV weapon set, and GTA IV HUD. That's about it.
fireguy109
Any no-cd crack? Try disabling the HUD mod, if at all possible. Which version of SA is it?

Doesn't actually say the version in the menu I'll try disabling the HUD and see what happens...
Ripcorner
Two things: It's v1.00, I checked. Also it appears to be a CLEO issue as I disabled the HUD and nothing changed, sound-wise.

Same deal, no sound except for cutscenes and radio Well, would it be possible for you to just live with CLEO 3, or are there mods you have that require 4? There are some GTA IV-to-SA mods I'd like to run that are solely for CLEO 4. I guess I could just go back to 3, but it's disappointing I can't use 4 without sacrificing sound. Ripcorner
Update guys, I was wearing headphones, and I noticed the sound isn't completely gone, but it's so soft it's not even noticeable unless you turn the volume all the way up, at which point it's just quiet. I don't know if this makes any difference, but anyway. The radio, cutscene audio, and weirdly, the water sound effects still work properly.
