GTArv
Did you check the settings? Tools > Options > Privacy Configure all the settings so that firefox remembers what you want it to remember.

GTArv
Can you see the history/form data saved before you close firefox? Such as seeing previously visited sites when typing into the address bar? Is private browsing mode enabled? (You'll see it indicated in the title bar) If so your history and form data will never be saved. Ctrl+Shift+P to disable it. Could be a problem with your profile or extensions. Create a new profile and see if the problem persists. If that doesn't work, start firefox in safe mode, check disable add-ons in the dialog and start up with all addons disabled. They will not be uninstalled, only disabled. Hitman843
private browsing was not enabled and i created a new profile today.I shut down the computer i start it again and history still is not saved. If i close firefox and open it again history remains, but if i close firefox and shut down the computer history vanishes Not even safe mode works. Waste
Go to Start > Run > Type in "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\". Go through all the folders in there and right click them and make sure none of them are set to read only.
