Neon-Noir 198X
Maybe five to ten years ago when Rockstar were more concerned about making quality titles than whatever milks the consumer for the most cash Would love to see it, but I doubt it would sell enough to warrant the risk, unfortunately. Eugene H. Krabs
This game would've been more playable if they remastered it and they added a health bar feature, but sadly, that probably isn't going to happen.

But you don't need a health bar! get shot, you die! get run over, you die! get electrocuted, you die! blow up, die! Ivan1997GTA
The only thing I would improve on is the graphics (not that the game looked bad, mind you), the gameplay I would keep intact. This game would've been more playable if they remastered it and they added a health bar feature, but sadly, that probably isn't going to happen. To be fair, I think health should be an optional feature. I would add options like "Original" mode (which plays exactly like the original game, with no health bar, meaning one gunshot wound without armor = wasted) and "GTA2" mode (which adds a health bar). Plus, another thing I would do is extend the radio stations. Not with actual licensed tracks, but with arranged versions of the music tracks composed by Anthony Paton for the Game Boy Color version (a la Rockman Complete Works games, which are ports of the original Mega Man NES games for the PlayStation which have an option to play either the original or Navi mode, which adds arranged music) to make them actually listenable and remixed in appropriate styles for the stations (some tracks will recieve lyrics, while others will be instrumental). Jeansowaty
I like this idea, Ivan. If I could ever get my hands on .midi versions of these tracks I'd surely try remixing them!
