GTA in Mexico

[King Mystery]

First of all, don't start giving me crap for having so little information. I'm still working on the game (ideas and constructive criticism are welcome).

 

The game is based off of Mexico and some of Central America (mostly El Salvador). It's based in late 1997.

 

Characters

Pedro Rodriguez (age 37)

Pedro has been selling (and using) drugs since he was 18. He often trades with his best friend, Alfonso (see below) in exchange for some weapons, or just money.

Alfonso "Al" Gutiérrez (age 38)

Alfonso owns the local gun/weapon shop. He has been best friends with Pedro since they were in preschool.

Minigames

Wrestling A very basic wrestling game; four grapples (up, down, left, and right), a diving move, an attack, an irish whip, and a pin. The more matches you win, the more money you get.

Crossing the Border In this game, you can cross over the border into San Andreas. However, you will gain two wanted stars by doing so. Also, you have to get past the guards.

If you are mexican, it's a good start, if not, it is a good start too hahah, i'm mexican and i like this, the only thing that you could change is the color of the hud of the weapons, you know, like vice city's but with the green, white and red colors

 

 

and you could also add a radio station called "la sabrosita fm" (lol) with bachata, salsa, etc (:

I'm not Mexican.

Also, I wasn't intending for the color of the HUD for the weapons to be like that, I just took those pictures to show what the weapons looked like.

I think La Sabrosita would be good for Pop or music that came out the year the game is based (like new music from 1997).

Also, I was gonna put in a Beetle, but I couldn't find any pictures of them from the 90's.*

And I actually was intending to put in clunkers and crap like that, but I got distracted with the Plymouth Prowler and the Bugatti EB 110 (too cool to not include) XD

 

Hey, do you think maybe you could help me with this one since you're from/live in Mexico (well at least I assume so because you have that flag and you said 'here in Mexico' implying that you're in Mexico)?

It was originally in 1999, but I don't actually remember why I changed it. XD

Also, I'm still working on the cars. What other types of cars do they have in Mexico? Are there any motorcycles or ATVs or dune buggy-type things (like the BF Injection)?
