L.A. Noire and Red Dead Redemption haven't been released on PC, because of the piracy. But all GTA games were released on PC.( LCS, VCS and Chinatown Wars don't count)

GTA has a tradition of being released on the PC, the PC community is famous for modding GTA and doing fascinating things with it, which is my guess as to why they release it on the PC, other then that then just pure money I guess tounge2.gif

That's a bit naive, to think they would risk releasing it on PC just "uphold a tradition"

The next GTA will hit PS3 and 360 the same day. It will get ported to PC a few months later. It will then get ported to Wii U later on.

Off topic: Wii u could be pretty cool, the controller's screen could be used for maps so we can instantly add way points or maybe stuff like the protagonists smartphone. the possibilities with that controller are pretty vast.

I hope to god they aren't waiting for the next gen consoles to release it on those. Only 1 gta and its downloadable expansion for the 360/ps3 isn't enough. I don't want to be forced to pay $600 for a new console just to play gta. At that point i'd just buy a good computer when the pc version is released. Screw that!

I think PS3 and Xbox 360, then PC half a year later. Maybe Wii U will be saved for a more CW type game than their current console offerings, a less hardcore game for Wi U.

PS3 and Xbox get it first, maybe the Wii U too. I think it would be badass to play on the Wii U. Free multiplayer? Count me in. The new controller would make it feel more realistic, too - being able to access maps and your phone all the time, not just when you pause.

As for the PC, it will probably be released eventually, but only when console profits flatline. The piracy risk is too large.

Really, what's the point of this topic? PS3/360 , then PC 6 months to a year later. Maybe this time PC users won't be forced to cope with a f*cked up console port.

Well GTA V might come out for Xbox 360 & PS3, but what made me make this topic was the fact that while I was watching the E3 meeting, I heard them mention that GTA V would probably come out for a new system, I hope they are wrong and it comes out for Xbox 360 and PS3 first.

If 360 doesn't, then neither does PS3. They are equivalent consoles.

Rockstar north doesn't do Pc games either, they are usually ported over by some other Rockstar studio.
