Finn 7 five 11
I was wondering, how you play, i am referring to blops since i don't really play MW3 much, but the concept is still the same. I used to play for my killstreaks, i would try my best to get 8-9-11 kills for my higher killstreaks, i wouldn't camp, but i would be careful and try to keep my gun battles 1 on 1. I got tired of killstreaks, now i am more reckless, i will rush up like crazy, get a double kill, triple feed w/e then i will continue pushing and usually die because i run into a group of 5-6 people after getting only 5 kills. It is much more fun, i think this way is more beneficial, at the end of the game now usually (In a 5min TDM) i will consistently have 20-30 kills or (If on summit) 40 kills and 5 - 15 deaths, as opposed to 15-20 kills and 5-10 deaths. So which way do you play? Do you aim for your killstreaks, or just aim to get a few kills?
Mister Pink
I never really liked COD or the FPS army game - gravy train but I did rob this game off my little bro and played the Co-Op missions which was a lot of fun. PLaying in TDM I seem to do alright for a noob, never getting more deaths than kills. 🅵🅴🅽🅸🆇 🅵🆄🅽🅺 🅵🅸🆅🅴

tuareg
Man MW3 really becomes fun when you learn that the game just doesn't particularly support TDM/Kill confirmed. I've been playing DOM for weeks and it's been great fun. I also learnt that there's no honour in the game, so i'm using every bitch-made tactic and gun i can. 89% of the community are scrubs anyway. Sad, but true.
Sgt. Foley
I really hate to say this, but I'm not trolling you! Guys, I just don't get Call of Duty anymore. I mean, all you see is 10th prestige all across the board when I join a game. I mean, COME ON. Do you have that much time on your hands? I'f I was 10th prestige I would not play anymore. But it seems that they think they are better than everyone else in the game. WE, the LOWER ranks, need a chance to rank up. They noobtube, they knife, they be totally unfair. No offence to anyone about this, Im just talking about the a**holes here, not the nice and NORMAL people. Some people who are 10th prestige on MW3 say it only took them 6 days. Wow, I've played 4 months, for every day, I would play THIS game. Wanna know what my rank is? 2nd Prestige, Level 36. I'm just done with Call of Duty. I'll make my clan for Grand Theft Auto, Battlefield, and Forza Motorsport, or Test Drive Unlimited clan. That is all I have to say. PM Me to reply since I never check this topic alot. Me and a clan I used to play with were also shocked at this. I think the game had been out for just over a week, and we encountered numerous level 10'ers in the lobbies we were entering. It's not something that annoys me, since it's something you get used to when playing the CoD games. I have to say though, playing as a clan is probably the easiest way of levelling up in the game, since you tend to help each other out alot more than playing in a team full of strangers, all intent on just levelling themselves up and not giving a f*ck about the rest of the team. And yeah, I agree with you lot who are complaining about the story. TBH, the action seemed more intense in MW2, and MW3 seemed to just concentrate more on the cinematic effects, and MP, of course. I have to admit though, I enjoyed the campaign part of MW3, simply because I knew what to expect. I still stand by my argument that MW2 MP was far better than in MW3. They took away far too many basic elements, simply in the effort of evading campers and whatnot, but in the end they just f*cked it up. You could no longer jump on anything at all, apart from a few cars and the odd wall, and were no longer able to hide within bushes and the like. I appreciate the reason behind them doing this, but it just f*cked the MP experience up for me too much, and this is what made me swap to MW2 more often. In fact, I'll probably end up purchasing MW2 again when I get my 360 back, and only buying MW3 as a game to play when no friends are online. tuareg
The reasons i stopped playing CoD more frequently are the people who play it. I refuse to play with and/or against dumbasses. The problem with MW3 is that they dumbed it down to appeal to a larger audience spawning a massive amount of noobs who of course get every tool they need to act like dickheads right off the bat. The Wereodile
I played this game once when my friend brought it over. God, it was bad. I think I'm done with Call of Duty now, unfortunately. It's such a shame this is where the series has ended up, I had so many good times playing multiplayer on the original Call of Duty and United Offensive on PC. And probably 80-90% of Modern Warfare players don't even know those games exist. It's kinda sad.

I used to love Call of Duty but their latest offering is awful and I hate that ELITE service. Battlefield 3 has been ruined by EA and DICE with their manipulation. DICE created the PROBLEM (ruining the servers) We the players had a NEGATIVE REACTION (planned) DICE provided a SOLUTION... rent-a-server MASS MANIPULATION at its best! Now I have to look forward to buying 70% complete games.

I didn't play COD1 or United Offensive though, i started with Big Red One & COD2 which came out after United Offensive but i'm aware of them and always wanted to try them out. I think i'm done with COD as well but i might give the next one a chance if its Black Ops 2 because i thought Black Ops campaign was really fun and much better then Modern Warfare. Why can't they just go back to WW2 like it was meant for (With the exception of COD4)

Cole Phelps Gta
What's the campaign mode like in MW3. I've heard alot of bad press. I don't care about zombies. I dont play M.P. The only reason I play these games is for the campaign mode. Keep in mind i enjoyed Black OP's because i know that got alot of hate too. I'm only going to hire it from the video store. I'm not going to buy it

You answered his question in your answer though - he's not wanting to buy it, but wants to rent it, which to me sounds like the best idea, but then again, I sold my copy after just 1 week of owning the game. The MP sucked, and the campaign was over and done with in a couple of days.

Guest
I still play this often. I was playing S&D yesterday for the first time on MW3. I do miss the feel that COD4 and MW2 had but this game is still decent I think.
Jake
This game is good for those drunken nights of boredom and feeling murderous. I think it feels the same as any other CoD game. I mean yeah they're all a little different. But at the end of the day, it's the same formula. People are just starting to become bored with it. But so many still play. Humanity loves to kill.
