Girish
Why you don't make your a little bit? You want to get credit with our help? Not necessarily. He's supposed to credit the helpers and it shouldn't be a problem.
twannie1997
I search a few myself and put it on the map, i appreciate if someone also can add, but it is not necessary.
aStiffSausage
If you mean NPC-planes, then Mounth Chiliad. No other place get's as many plane-crashes as there. Los Santos downtown also has few crashes... Can't think more now.
lil weasel
I'm not sure this will work. As I believe the crashes are too random. But, in my experience during over 60 games, these I remember: Three times a RUSTLER crashed into the Dude Dumper at the Hunter Quarry Gate, during the last incline up to the gate, during the quarry missions. One time in the front yard of the Safe House across from Madd Dogg's. One time in front of the Hospital in the Centre of Los Santos. Once into the Broadcast Tower next to Madd Dogg's. Once on the Board Walk by the concession stand near the Grenade pickup. Many others heard, or not remembered exactly. twannie1997
I will mark the places where planes crash the most, so people can investigate from closer.
GTA Phreak
Your map will be of little value unless you specify that in some places plane crashes will only happen after you exit an interior. For instance in Downtown SF no planes spawn in the sky if you just stand around, you'll need to enter an appropriate interior and spend enough time in there for a spawn to be overdue and then exit (given the tall buildings in the area a crash is almost inevitable). There might be other criteria necessary for a crash to happen, for instance a random plane will never spawn in the sky if other aircraft are within draw-distance (parked spawns or CJ's) @weasel: The only random AI Maverick spawns are Police Mavericks (@ 3*'s and in a few areas), they don't crash into other random vehicles because they have no collision with vehicles other than the one CJ is driving or flying. They might drown, but I've never seen one crash unless I made it. So I'm guessing you mean a fixed wing Rustler, Beagle or Cropduster since those are the only ones that crash regularly and unprovoked. I doubt that they have collision with other vehicles (apart from the one driven by CJ), they will however crash into ground and buildings (but not trees) and possibly some other objects. lil weasel
My error I was distracted when I made my Post. I meant the RUSTLER, not the Maverick. For whatever reason the name Maverick was in my mind.
Spider-Vice
they will however crash into ground and buildings (but not trees) and possibly some other objects. Not trees? I think I've seen Rustlers crashing into trees in Mount Chilliad, now other vehicles I don't know, the Rustlers aren't even driven by NPC's so the game can't consider it a driven vehicle. General Scrotum
You know this little cabot near the Abandonned Airstrip? The one with the Sea Sparrow spawnpoint near it? It's up north of Verdant Meadows. There are planes crashing below the bridge near of it.
GTA Phreak
Not trees? I think I've seen Rustlers crashing into trees in Mount Chilliad, now other vehicles I don't know, the Rustlers aren't even driven by NPC's so the game can't consider it a driven vehicle. All the chasing Hydra's and those (albeit few) AI controlled Beagle's and Cropdusters I've managed to successfully chase, have all gone through trees without damage (they aren't maneuvering to avoid them either) I've seen a few random AT-400 and Andromada's go straight through buildings too. WorldofCog
I saw a Rustler crash outside of the Inside Track Betting in Los Santos, below the Mulholland Intersection.
Spider-Vice
I've seen a few random AT-400 and Andromada's go straight through buildings too. Yeah, which happens if you're in a position below x height, where the plane spawns y above you. It would be cool for someone to find out that value. GTA Phreak
They spawn at about this height above ground/CJ's position (CJ was at ground level when it spawned) They will actually try to climb over buildings but often fail miserably and go straight through Beware that the above screenshot will be hard to reproduce on a regular unmodified save. Nukey Shay
Mt. Chiliad reminds me of the "Police Squad" gag: Capt. Hocken "We're getting complaints from all over the city...but the thieves seem to be concentrating on this area." (All pins stuck in a sole block of the map)
Username.gta
I would add the antenna on Missionary Hill, The ship above Battery Point and the ghost town just above the dam to the map, as those seem to be common places. The only crashes I've seen recently are:- -Beagle crashed into building across from Unity Station when I left the 24/7 in the vicinity. -Rustler crashed into the Gant Bridge during the credits of my recent play through. MattDet
Sorry to ressurect this, but back in September I saw a Rustler on fire in the front yard of a Mulholland house, it is rectangle-shaped and just southeast of the southeast side of Dillimore. Days later and while running from the cops in a Rhino a Beagle that was on fire and about to crash flew by as I was on the road heading uphill just east of the Vinewood Sign (where the divided road from the south merges into a two-lane road divided by none other than two yellow stripes). Pyrrhic
Once me and my mate were about to finish the first triathalon (the one at santa maria beach) and near the finish line at missionary (excuse that ) hill a Rustler crashed straight into us from behind, so we had no idea it was coming. Los Santos Pedestrian
Yesterday a Rustler hit one of the buildings across the street from the club Alhambra in Idlewood. It hit near the roof, exploded, and fell forward on to me. I was lucky to survive. lol

Username.gta
In my experience, all three of the cities are safe, as the only times planes will appear there in my game is when I load a save from an outdoor savepoint and when I leave an interior. Other than that, AI Planes appear in the Countryside/Desert pretty frequently. But that may just be my game.
MrDaz
I had two crashes in Ghost Town. Ones a RUSTLER and the second one is STUNT. This Is my First Post
GTA Phreak
1 post and you already got it wrong! It wasn't a Stuntplane it was a Cropduster
buginafug
1 post and you already got it wrong! It wasn't a Stuntplane it was a Cropduster But both are bi-planes. People who are new to the game may often confuse the Cropduster with a stunt plane. As far as the hotspots are concerned, I've seen crashes in the following locations: Doherty Missionary Hill* Downtown San Fierro* Downtown Los Santos* By the Vinewood Sign* I'm sure there are much more, but those are reccommended. Keep in mind that you have to spend enough time in an interior and exit for some areas. The asterik means that I've actually jacked falling aircraft in that area. GTA Phreak
No need to be concerned, Stuntplanes don't fly around in the sky (unless you're flying it).
PhantomFoxy
the only planes I usually see flying around are the beagle, cropduster, and sometimes the AT-400 going from city to city
GTA Phreak
Random AI aircraft include Rustler, Beagle, Cropduster, AT-400, Andromada and Police Maverick (w/o a wanted level) of those only the Rustler, Beagle and Cropduster crash on their own.
