Foreword: I was told that the writers discussion wasn't the right place to put this. So i moved it here. If there is a problem let me know. All graphics and maps on this topic were made by me. And also if you know anyone at Rockstar suggest this to them. I would be honored if it were made into a real game smile.gif

As of 8/15/11 this concept has entered into the "Finished" stage meaning that there will be no more drastic changes. But that doesn't mean I might change some small things here in there. It just means that major work on the concept is done and not much more will change on it.

You find this mission in front of the boys dorm and when you start it Christmas Eve mode is activated and much more decorations are put up around the school. Kevin approaches the dorm to find Steve and the Nerds sitting on the steps. The nerds tell Kevin that the problem with the vandalism hasn't stopped since they fought the Elves and pursued the Santa. They believe that its the same people coming back. And this time the vandalism was graffiti in the boys dorm. No one reported seeing anything unusual before it happened. Kevin says that he wants to find who vandalized the dorm and the library. He says the only way to find out would be to catch the Santa in the act. And his plan is to dress as Santa and commit some acts. But do them in plain sight and hopefully the other Santa wont like the competition and will want to do something about it. That would be the perfect opportunity to reveal their identity. Kevin thinks the best place to do this would be the Christmas play that's going on tonight in the Gym. But first he must find a Santa suit. The Nerds give you $50 and tell you of a place that sells suits. After the cut scene hop on your bike and follow the X to the costume shop in Downtown Rockton. Enter the shop and approach the counter. Purchase the Santa suit for $50. Kevin puts it on. Ride back to the school and meet up in front of the boys dorm. The Play is taking place in the Gym. The Nerds have already detailed a plan for Kevin to climb a ladder to the roof of the Gym and enter through a ventilation duct. Then he will climb down to stage level and appear on stage. He will then smash the stage up and flee the Gym and lose the prefects. Since Kevin is wearing a disguise his reputation will not go up. After the cut scene approach the ladder on the side of the Gym and climb to the roof. Approach the marked air Duct and press the corresponding button to enter. Kevin climbs through to the catwalk above the stage. There is another ladder at the end of the catwalk for you to climb down that actually places you below stage. From here walk to the next ladder. Its a brief one and leads up though a chimney on stage and places you on the stage. Once you are on the stage a meter appears. You must smash enough scenery on the stage to fill the meter. Knocking out one of the Elves on stage also causes you meter to go up. 2 prefects will come onto the stage to try to stop you so avoid them. Once the meter is full run off the stage and escape the Gym. Run to the nearest hiding point and hide without being seen by the prefects. Once your trouble meter is drained leave the school building and return to the marked location in front of the boys dorm. Kevin reports his success and goes inside to change back into the clothes he had on before you bought the Santa suit.

This mission's name is a reference to a similar mission in Bully 1. When you start it Kevin walks up to notice the upper floors of the boys dorm is up in flames. The nerds say it was Gary who started the fire. In an attempt to blame you. Kevin says it doesn't surprise him and he decides to go in and put the fire out in an effort to clear his name. Enter through the main door. And grab the fire extinguisher off the wall on your right. Head upstairs and once you are on the second floor start putting the fires out. There are 10 pockets of fire spread about the top floor. In one of the rooms Kevin finds a student trapped under a large cabinet. Lift it up the same way you would in Bully 1. Once he is freed continue to fight the fires. When you enter one dorm room near the back the roof collapses and you get trapped under a beam. Lift the beam off of you by repeatedly tapping the button indicated on screen. Once you are free. Put out the rest of the fires and when they are out quickly exit the building. Once you are outside Kevin wants to go talk to the principle. So run over to the building and go to the office. Once you get there you find Mt. Harris and Dr. Jorgensen arguing. Kevin talks about how there was just a fire and Gary was the one who set it. Jorgensen says that he knows and that he is the one who told him to and that it was all part of their plan. He then explains how Himself, Mr. Brooks and Gary were all working together to do get what they wanted. Jorgensen wanted Gary to start the fire so he could collect the insurance money for the dorm and then flee the country. Gary wanted to start the fire so he could blame it on you and Mr. Harris so Kevin would get expelled and Mr. Harris would get fired. Because you too were the largest roadblock for Gary and Mr. Brooks controlling the school. And the doctored photos of Jorgensen were to help explain his sudden disapearence to the staff. They were also going to use the broken bike to frame the district superintendent of running over a student on a bike so that he will no longer be a threat. He says that even though Kevin put out the fire their plan will still probably work. Because they have the backup plan of just firing Mr. Harris and expelling Kevin for no reason and paying off the people who know about the situation. Just then the superintendent Mr. Haroldson enters the room and confronts Jorgensen. He says he heard it all and came here because Mr. Harris came to him with the evidence. He fires Jorgensen on the spot. But he cannot fire Mr. Brooks because its out of his power But he does have the power to expel Gary which he does. Only a principle can fire a teacher. So his fate will be in the hands of the new principle. He says he wants to change things up at this school. he will hold an election for principle. With the teachers as well as the students receiving a vote. Dr. Jorgensen says its against the rules but Haroldson says he has the power to do it. But in the mean time. Dr. Jorgensen has to leave the school. Kevin and Mr. Harris leave the office and Kevin convinces Mr. Harris to run for principle.

Steve is also glad and says "You're gonna get it now Gary" he tells him to shut up. Kevin tells Gary to let him go but Gary refuses. He tells Kevin that the only way he will see Steve unharmed is to drop Mr. Harris out of the race. Gary says he will just have his friends beat Steve and tell everyone that Mr. Harris did it. So he says that Kevin is facing a lose lose situation. Kevin cant take no more and attacks Gary who flees up a ladder. You are attacked by the 3 bullies. Defeat them and a wave of 2 more enter. After you are done it is revealed to say "Yes we know we suck, But just play along" With an arrow pointing down at the band. After you do that the time skips ahead to 7P.M and the school goes into prom mode. With kids walking around in suits and dresses and posters around the school. Follow the skaters as they walk into the Gym and approach the punch bowl. Wait until all the teachers are looking away and press the action button to pour the laxative into the punch. After you do that Royce finds you and hands you the bottle of grease. Walk across the dance floor and pour the grease on the floor. Once you have covered a good percentage of the floor Royce finds you and leads you back stage. One you are back there he shows you the way to the top of the catwalk above the band. Approach the marked railing and press the action button to drop the banner over the railing. A cutscene shows the students slipping all over the floor and laughing at the banner. Kevin and the Skaters leave the building and your respect with the Skaters goes to 100%.

When Kevin hears it he stands up and says they are going after him. After the cutscene follow Jimmy as he leaves the school and hops on a bike from the bike rack and rides to Alex's house in Rockton hills. When he arrives he approaches the gate and buzzes over the intercom. He yells at the intercom for Gary to come out but Alex's mom answers and says that neither of them are here. As Jimmy is talking into the intercom Gary rides by on the road with a bike and Kevin spots him. You and Jimmy must give chase. Gary rides south toward Westpoint and he rides to a large cola factory. He is very fast on his bike so stay close to as possible but it is impossible to knock him off his bike. When he arrives at the factory he rides through the gate and the door is shut behind him. Jimmy says they gotta find a way to get in there. The mission ends here with the marker for the next one at the factories gate.

Mission 66: Smith's final stand II

Location: Outside the main gate of the Beam cola factory.

Times available: 8A.M-11P.M

Reward: $35

Clique respect: Bullies and Preps to neutral.

Unlocked by: Smith's final stand I

Immediately after you chase Gary to the gates of the Beam cola factory in West point that mission ends to give you time to prepare your weapons and health for the final showdown. When you are ready start the mission at the marker at the main gate of the factory. Kevin and Jimmy are standing outside of the gate and Jack Woods leader of the Jocks rides up on a bike and a few of his clique follow close behind. They say they know how to break down the door and one of the reveals a large firecracker from a backpack and places it next to the gate. It blows up and knocks out all of the Jocks standing around it. You and Jimmy then enter the factories grounds and immediately meet heavy resistance from a large group of Bullies. There are about 8 bullies so knock out as many as you can and Jimmy will help out as well. Once they are all knocked out Jimmy notices that the door to the main building of the factory is locked. Walk over to the guard tower near the gate and climb the ladder up to the top. Pres the button and the door opens. When it does 3 more Bullies come out through the door. Leave the guard tower and fight the Bullies before they knock Jimmy out. Once you have defeated them walk into the factory. Once you are inside of the factory you meet 2 more bullies at the base of the stairs. Defeat this group and continue up the stairs. You will encounter a group of 3 Preps right here. Defeat them and climb the nearby ladder. When you reach the top Kevin looks down and sees Gary standing on a platform. Kevin drops down and Jimmy follows. This starts a cutscene in which Kevin says its the end of the line for Gary and Jimmy says this also. But as they are talking Alex cook comes from behind Jimmy and hits him over the head with a bat. This knocks Jimmy out and enters you into a boss fight with Alex. He is a lot harder than when you fought him during chapter 2 and has the bat. Use long range attacks as well as close in punches. You may have to be smart with your health to stay alive but he is beatable. Once you finally do knock him out Gary drops onto the platform again. He is now a very tough fighter compared to chapter 1. He should take your max effort and a culmination of the fighting moves you have learned to beat. After you drain his health to 75% a group of 5 tough Bullies enter. Defeat these guys and then continue with Gary. After you drain his health to 50% 3 more enter. And after you defeat them its just you and Gary. Once you knock him out a cutscene shows Jimmy waking up and Kevin telling him that Gary has been beaten. And they leave the factory and leave Gary behind. They return to the school and sit at the same lunch table in the cafeteria and talk to their friends. Your respect with the Preps and the Bullies both go to neutral and the game ends with the group of Steve, Tevin, Jimmy, Kevin, Jake, and the Nerds sitting at the table in the lunch room enjoying the new school not terrorized by Gary anymore. You respawn in your dorm room the next day and chapter 6 begins.

New gameplay elements

The gameplay will largely be the same as Bully 1. I liked the gameplay a lot and thought it worked well. So the combat and general structure will remain basically the same. Some things will change though. these are new elements being added as well as some changes to things that already exist.

New Inventory interface: the new system will work like the weapons wheel in Red Dead Redemption. Making it quicker to switch between weapons. Pull up the wheel by holding a certain button (LB on 360, L2 on PS3, CTRL on PC) and move the analog stick or use the arrow keys or the mouse to select the weapon you want when you are using the mouse the clicker doesn't appear on screen you just move your mouse in the direction of the weapon like you would with the analog stick. Your skateboard isn't listed on the wheel as it is no longer a weapon and you can use weapons from it. You get on your skateboard by pressing the two top shoulder buttons (Both CTRL buttons on PC) at the same time like in Bully 1.

Kevins Locker: On the second floor near the Art room you can find Kevin's locker. When you open it you can store anything you have in your inventory inside of it and you can take things from it. It also has all of your clothes in it and you can change clothes. This is just a convienent way of storing things when you dont need them. And as a place to change your clothes. There is a limit of 50 ammo for each weapon. But you can store every weapon in the game and if you place a weapon you already have the ammo will just pile on top of the ones you already have. You can also place up to 5 boxes of chocolate and 5 bouquets of flowers in the locker.

"Bounty" or reputation: This was suggested to me by Aceray and i think it is a good idea. In Bully 1 no matter how many crimes you committed as long as you got away the prefects would just forget about it. In Bully 2 you have what is called "reputation" which works kind of like bounty. If you commit a crime while you are not wearing a costume like a Santa outfit or a pirates costume (But you will not be able to do missions if you are wearing these costumes because people wont recognize you) and get away your reputation level goes up so next time you commit a crime there will be more prefects or police on the chase and it will take longer for the trouble meter to go down. This will stay with you throughout the game and the way you can get it down is to go a long time without gaining any attention from the prefects or police. Or going to the main office and volunteering for detention at the front desk the third way is to obtain a letter from a teacher. These are rare and are only acquired through missions and a rare errand you can run for a teacher. if you have one you must approach the desk in the main office and select the option to present the letter rather than doing detention and your reputation will be erased. The meter will go down slowly over time and will eventually disappear if you are not chased by the prefects in a long time (about 7 game days for a full meter) and the quickest way to lose it will be the detention. Detention will be lawn mowing when the snow is melted and snow shoveling in the winter. You can also gain attention by getting spotted commiting a crime by a non clique student, Nerd or prep. But once you achieve at least 90% respect with these cliques this will no longer happen as they respect you. But Non clique students will always report you.

Dojo: One of the main ways to learn new moves is the Karate Dojo located Downtown. This will work similar to the Hobo from Bully 1 except you will pay a small fee of $15 per lesson. This will teach you some martial arts inspired moves and you get a chance to try them out on the master inside of the Dojo. So you know how to use the moves.

Inventory

When ever you acquire an item it is added to your inventory. You can view your full inventory by pausing the game and scrolling to the section labeled "Inventory". The inventory is divided into 2 sections. Basic inventory and weapons. You can also pick up things from the environment and use them as weapons but these are not stored in the inventory.

Basic inventory

These items are considered basic inventory and can be viewed at the pause menu and cannot be accessed through the weapons wheel.

Money-View your total money at the inventory screen. Money can be earned and spent in various ways.

Carnival tickets-View how many carnival tickets you have in your possession. You earn the tickets by playing carnival games and they can be spent at the prize tent.

Chocolate-Chocolate you can give to girls for a health restoring kiss. You can approach any girl and greet her to start a conversation and when an icon shows up you can choose to give her a gift and if she accepts it she will then kiss you.

Flowers-Works the same way as chocolate described above.

Soda-If you purchase a soda when you have full health it will be put into your inventory. Drink the soda to fill your health.

Teacher's letter: You can acquire a letter from a teacher to erase a reputation level by turning it in at the main office. But these are pretty rare and can only be found when completing an errand for a teacher when they reward you with a letter to use.

Skateboard: Stored in the inventory and accessed by pressing the two shoulder top shoulder buttons (360, PS3) or both CTRL buttons on the PC.

Mission specific items: There are some items you will get for missions only. These include laxatives, floor grease and panties etc....

Weapons

These are weapons you can acquire through the game. They are located on the weapons wheel that works similar to the one in RDR. Some weapons are self explanatory and were featured in the original Bully. So i am only going to give a description for new ones.

Slot 1. (Top of wheel)

Fist.

Slot 2. (Top right)

Stink bombs

Itching powder

Marbles

Eggs

Slot 3. (Right of wheel)

Potato Launcher.

Slot 4. (Bottom right)

Bottle rockets.

Slot 5. (Bottom of wheel)

Firecrackers

Slot 6. (Bottom left)

Camera.

Spray paint.

Slot 7. (Left)

Paintball gun: A paintball gun that can be picked up near the paintball mini game at the carnival. Not as powerful as it may seem because it takes about 5 shots to knock someone out. One hopper full is 10 shots. Kevin can carry up to 3 hoppers.

Rubber band ball.

Slot 8. (Top left)

Slingshot.

Mini-Games/Jobs

In Bully 2 you will be able to take part in Mini games and take on Jobs like in the original Bully. i will start with the Mini games. These include video games. School yard games you will find as well as games at the carnival.

Mini Games

Video Games

As well as a return of every video game featured in Bully 1 there will be two new games added.

Galactaca: This game is similar to Galaga And the object of the game is similar. You control the space ship and shoot down enemy ships as well as bug like creatures. The game is featured in the Nerd challenge.

2D Bros. extreme!: This is a game that was featured in my GTA: San Fierro Stories concept and since this is a game made by Rockstar and the two cities exist in the same universe i believe its acceptable to have in the game. The object is the same as the one in San Fierro stories and has a similar amount of levels.

School yard games

Quarters: This game you will find people playing at tables around the school in places like the cafeteria, The school common, the school courtyard and the school library where people hang out. In this game you must spin a coin and keep it going by moving the analog stick as shown on screen. If you are not quick enough or you press the input the quarter will fall and your opponent can take a shot at your knuckles. If your opponent causes the quarter to fall on his turn you get to take a shot at him by pressing the indicated input when the power meter is full (like kicking field goals on Madden). Each player has a health meter and when that is drained the opponent wins. You can bet up to $15 per game.

Keep-ups: This was seen in Bully 1 and functions the same way. This game is found on the football field and when you start it you can bet up to $20 per game. It works the same as the original bully where you must keep the ball from touching the ground by moving the analog stick as shown on screen.

Penalty kicks: This was also in the original Bully. It is located behind the bleachers for the football field and functions the same way as Bully 1. You can bet up to $10 per round and get 5 shots to deplete the opponents health bar.

Slingshot challenge: This game is located behind the auto shop at certain times of day. An opponent approaches you and bets he is a more accurate shot with a slingshot than you. He challenges you to a competition. There are 10 bottles sitting on a wall and you each have to destroy your respective 5. If you destroy your 5 before he does you win. You can bet up to $20 per round.

Checkers: Play checkers against an opponent and bet on the outcome of the game. This can be found in the library and the table in the boys dorm on occasion. You will usually play against one of the nerds but sometimes you can play against a member of one of the other cliques. The game is simple, when it is your turn you select the piece you want to move and where to move it. The object of the game is to capture all of your opponents pieces or to leave them in a position where they have no moves. The winner receives the whole pot and the max bet is $20 per game.

Carnival games.

High strike: Press the indicated button when the power meter is closest to the top for maximum power. Kevin will swing the hammer. If you ring the bell you will earn 3 tickets. And the game costs $1 to play.

Shooting gallery: Shoot the Robbers but avoid shooting the cops and pedestrians in this shooting gallery. Costs $1.50 to play and the amount of tickets you earn is dependent on your score.

Dunk tank: Press the indicated button when it is over the target and thats where the ball will be thrown If you hit the target the person will get dunked. Not much to this game. It costs $1 to play and earns you 2 tickets for winning.

Milk jug toss: When you start this game a black circle appears on screen and a button is moving up and down. Press it when it is closest to the center and then another button appears moving side to side. Press this when it is close to the center as well. You get 3 balls. If you do it right the ball will go into the jug. You receive 3 tickets if you win and the game costs $1 to play.

Milk bottle knockout: A pyramid of 3 milk bottles is moving back and forth. move your recticle and time it right to knock down the milk bottles. You get 2 balls and if you do knock down the bottles you receive 2 tickets.

Strike out: Another one seen in Bully 1. Works the same way. You get 5 balls to hit as many catchers as possible without hitting the umpires. Once everygame a catchers glove will appear for a big bonus if you hit it.

Other carnival attractions.

Go-Kart races: A returning thing from Bully 1. Drive your Go-Kart through the course while racing against up to 5 other people. Come in first after a set amount of laps to win. There are 10 courses and 5 tickets are awarded after each win. It costs $3 to enter a race.

Paintball: This is a new game. Pay $3 to control Kevin in a first person paintball battle. You are placed on a team with 2 other people and face a team of 3 people on the carnivals own Speedball field. The object is to either eliminate all opponents or capture the flag and bring it back to your base. If you win you are awarded 4 tickets.

Arcade: There is a small arcade at the carnival that allows you to play every video game available in the game.

Collecting: While technically not a mini game it is still an activity. There are four items you must collect that are spread all throughout town to achieve 100% completion. These also give you some benefits as well.

Rubber bands: A favorite weapon returns from Bully 1. There are 75 rubber bands spread throughout the map that you can collect to make a rubber band ball. It works like it does in Bully 1 and is required for 100% completion.

Darkimon cards: A favorite card game of the Nerds. John's trading cards were stolen and spread about the school and town. You learn of these when he approaches you in an errand type fashion and asks you to find his cards. Even though these are still available at the beginning of the game the random encounter (that will happen at some point in the first chapter). Is just to alert you of their presence. Once you've found all of them you are instructed to return them to John at the library and a Blue X will appear there. Once you return them he pays you $75 for his priceless collection and you receive a Nerd outfit. There are 45 cards.

Bike parts: There are 25 bike parts spread about the map. Once you find them all the fastest racing bike in the game will be delivered to your bike garages (Auto shop and storage unit downtown). The bike can easily win any race and is required for 100% completion.

Glass bottles: There are 40 glass bottles around the town. You must smash these by any means possible and once you do you receive a large beer bottle costume to wear. These are required for 100% completion also.

Encounters

In Bully 2 you will be able to run errands like in bully 1 but these will now be more of an encounter thing like in RDR. Someone will approach you and ask for assistance. You will have to do something for them and when you do you will be paid a small amount of money. The different scenarios you will encounter are varied and will usually task you with going and getting something for someone. Catching a thief. Beating up a bully who harassing a kid. Or collecting some dropped items within a time limit. These will spawn all around the map and there will be many different things to do for people.

Jobs

You can complete Jobs as well as errands to earn some extra money. This section will cover just jobs.

Lawn mowing: Go to one of the parks in town or places on the school grounds and you can start a lawn mowing job. You have to mow the designated area in the time allowed. If you fail you are paid nothing. If you complete it you earn money in the range of $5-$20 depending on the size of the lawn.

Paper route: Go to the newspaper stand in Downtown Rockton and except the paper route. It is available from 8A.M until noon and there are 3 different routes. One in downtown Rockton with 10 mailboxes located in front of businesses. The second one is in Rockton hills and involves 20 mailboxes. And the last one is in Southwick that has 30 mailboxes to deliver to. Once you have completed all 3 you can go back to the stand and play the last one to make more money. The payout is $10 for the first route. $25 for the second and $40 for the last.

Snow shoveling: Only available during chapter 3 while there is snow on the ground. You can find this job at different points in Downtown, Rockton hills and Southwick. You must walk to the snow and press the button indicated on screen to shovel the snow. Once you have cleared the area within the set amount of time you get payed. You can make between $10-$25 per job.

Pantie Raid: Take this job from the Nerds in the library after the conclusion of chapter 3. They will send you on a pantie raid inside of the Girls dorm and will pay you $25 for a successful trip. Your respect with the Nerds will also go up 3% after each trip. You can only do one trip a day and its only available from Noon-7P.M

Pizza delivery: Found at the pizza restaurant in Southwick. This job has you ride your bike around town and deliver pizzas to costumers. When you ride by a house you can lock onto the door and throw the pizza the same way he would throw a Paper. He throws it at the door and that house is complete. The first job has 5 pizzas to deliver in Southwick. The second gives you 10 to deliver in Rockton hills and the last gives you 15 to deliver in both areas. You must complete the deliveries in the allotted time limit to be paid. You will be paid in this manner. First route: $15, Second route: $25, Third route: $30.

It's obvious you put a lot of work into this. That's very good, and it turned out well. Lots of good maps, a few good missions, but the classes seemed to mainly be reused from the original Bully.

Good work, this is better than quite a bit of concept threads (albeit I've never seen a Bully one wink.gif )

Most people want Bully 2 to be set in college. And I agree.

The thing is, by the time kids get to collage they really stop fooling around and start studying so they don't end up as janitors or something.

And as we all know, video games have to be realistic. Bully certainly was sarcasm.gif

I never said realistic. Its just that when your 15, its OK to not do so much work so people liked Jimmy, but when your still screwing around at university, gamers will feel that the main character is throwing his life away and ultimately will not connect with him as well and will ultimately not like him.

Plus, in college, I would expect drugs and sex and everything but Bully is a T rated game so it wouldn't be authentication.

That said, I would like to play as a Steve Stifler style character. Could be funny.

BTW, I believe that Jimmy grew up to be an accountant. It is so ironic that such a rebellious and adventurous teenager grows up to have such a mundane job, you just have to smile

Nooooooo i forgot to reserve spots!!!!!! idk what im going to do now. because to put all the missions in i will probobly run out of space.

If this is at all possible can a MOD move the space i reserved directly below mine to the top of the list? It probably isn't but if it is it would be greatly appreciated.

I was seriously thinking of doing it. I replaced the greasers with the skaters because they are outdated and really dont exist anymore, And i was going to add a stoner clique but i thought it would be too controversial because you would have to at some point show them with drugs or doing drugs and that would severly hurt its chance of a T rating. So i just left it out.

As a huge fan of Bully, i have to admire your work.

Bully 2 at e3!

Yeah hopefully, I personally want a new Bully more than a new GTA right now. That was probobly my main reason for making this. I just want one so bad and had so many ideas for it i just wanted to put them down and see what everyone thought.

I think that setting it in college would take away from the game. Because in high school kids are still concerend about kid stuff (Being popular, Being cool, Girlfriends and other things) And in college people are more serious and the game would be pretty boring. And it would be extremely hard to keep the T rating because you would have to expect drugs, alcohol and sex in a college setting.

Thats a good idea. Sort of an expanded version of the Bodyguard system of the original Bully. I will think about it when i make a section on interactions with students.

Really? I didnt think it was that short lol. I dont know how long mine will end up being because i dont have the whole thing written yet but i was looking at having 7 total chapters so one more than bully 1 did. But i will see how it turns out. I dont want to just be writing random stuff to add length. I want every mission to have at least some kind of purpose in the story.
