This is the latest version from maxo, maybe some bugs from 0.98 were fixed. I disabled cleo fix since it's no longer needed, fixed sniper scope stretching and added new option:

dynamic shadows for all peds.

This build is for testing purposes, let me know what else should be fixed. Notice that dynamic shadows aren't compatible with xboxCarPipe=1 option in skygfx, pretty sure it should be fixed in skygfx.

Oh right, it's apparently weapon aiming that is a bit off, figured it would be something about vehicle camera. Will investigate further.

I tried adding sirens but it's broken on bikes. You can't turn them on. However, they work when police is chasing you but then you can't turn them off. :D

Hello, author. Here I would like to ask a question, why does a sports car with a gull wing door import into your MVL folder and go into the game to spawn and come out, when the angle is different, through the gull wing door to see the interior will be transparent, when at a certain angle, he shows the normal interior structure, this is a bug or what? The model is processed by ZModeler 1.07b software. If this is the real problem, please do the repair work. Thank you.:):)

Regarding the latest, (un)official 99d version... I've been trying to get it running under GTA: Liberty City TC, but ever since the 98b, the game crashes either at half way  through the loading bar (98c & 98d), or at the full bar, right before the game is about to load/start (98e & 99). Debug log reads the following errors:

Is there any hope for getting MVL 99 started in GTA: LC, or shall I just give it up entirely & revert back?

 

Thing is, I need MVL with 2dfx limit support, and the ONLY (kinda) working version to feature 2dfx was 98b. But it still tends to crash the game randomly, or even cause weird problems. Not being able to drop off 8-Ball, outside the safehouse during the first mission for example. 98 (initial version) seems to be rock stable, but it doesn't feature 2dfx and/or memory limit capabilities, so therefore I have to load yet another, 3rd limit adjuster to use it for those particular limits.

I have a question to ask everyone, that is to say, I don't know why the 7z compact car saved in the garage turns into a golf cart when it reopens the game. I don't seem to understand the instructions in the plug-in. The loader version I use is the latest version of 99d. If this is a mistake, I hope the author can fix it. I think the audio files use .wav or .mp3 format. 

I can't recall properly but I think it should be mentioned in the readme file.

Hello,

Once I used to save using this mod in the Vice City's Apartment 3c and as far as I can remember, the MVL vehicles used to be intact, they didn't changed into golf caddies.... 

 

You may download the same mod and try it for yourself. 🙂

If you read the MVL ReadMe, it says that MVL Vehicles saved in garages will change into the Caddy (Golf Cart) if you load a save game that does not have an MVL Vehicle with that same ID number.

emm, I just tried, but it turned into a golf cart.After using the 3c hotel saved mod.Is it related to the XML data in the MVL car?

I didn't saved any vehicles in garage, so just leave your MVL vehicles on the road or anywhere near the Apartment 3C and then save and load, for me, the vehicles didn't changed.
