This is the latest version from maxo, maybe some bugs from 0.98 were fixed. I disabled cleo fix since it's no longer needed, fixed sniper scope stretching and added new option:

dynamic shadows for all peds.

This build is for testing purposes, let me know what else should be fixed. Notice that dynamic shadows aren't compatible with xboxCarPipe=1 option in skygfx, pretty sure it should be fixed in skygfx.

Some dudes talked about incompatiblity with mvl in page 5 and 6 of classic axis topic

Oh right, it's apparently weapon aiming that is a bit off, figured it would be something about vehicle camera. Will investigate further.

I tried adding sirens but it's broken on bikes. You can't turn them on. However, they work when police is chasing you but then you can't turn them off. :D

Hello, author. Here I would like to ask a question, why does a sports car with a gull wing door import into your MVL folder and go into the game to spawn and come out, when the angle is different, through the gull wing door to see the interior will be transparent, when at a certain angle, he shows the normal interior structure, this is a bug or what? The model is processed by ZModeler 1.07b software. If this is the real problem, please do the repair work. Thank you.:):)
