I'm having trouble editing Weapon.dat

I want to use Pinky's Country Rifle data for the M4 and AK-47. I tried copying/pasting, then changing model id's to what they should be, but I messed up somewhere, because whenever I try to shoot, it just punches.

 

Here's Pinky's Country Rifle code:
