1st gtaROCKER
It seems that talking about the speculated GTANet v2 in front of modders annoys them for some reason. BUT! I really am curious about v2. There was a leaked screenshot of it a while back(true or not? probably not)which got me thinking. I have grown really curious, and I'm now at breaking point. What I really want to know is: is the GTANet v2 even real? And if it is, when do you think it might be completed? And if it's not, are you planning on any other overhauls to these aging (but still alive and kicking) forums? It's all I wanna know, just some answers. 1st gtaROCKER
Yes, it is real. D'ya know an approximate time of when it's coming out? Also, can you tell any other details, or are you keeping it secret?
uNi
All I can say is that is going to take a while. Â As for the features, you'll have to wait for an Network Admin to start bringing them out to the public. Â Â

But it's become a running joke for some people with authority to tease the members over this. I don't blame them given the excessive hype.

The point I was making was someone who has been here for a short amount of time commenting on the layout and design when it would still seem new to them. Where as someone who may not have witnessed any changes in the past five or six years might be a little tired of the layout/software/features. Â It obviously flew straight over your head. It's hardly optimized for modern internet technology. And, with IE10 in testing, it might not even be fully compatible with the uber-modern tech being showcased in ie10. And anyway, it would be nice if it had some nice new features, even if it's only that it runs smoother, and has some more themes(not that is important). Also, it would be nice for direct youtube support, and being able to make tables, titles, scroling banners etc. without codes. Â

Spider-Vice
That signature makes you look odd. OMG A MOD TOLD ME GTANET V2 IS REAL LOLOLOL. Of course it's true, it's never been a myth. And sorry if I sound like a mod here but as many people said, it's been spoken that it's not just s forum redesign but a brand new CUSTOM (from what I've heard in 5 years) forum software. Andrew
GTANet V2 never has been a rumour, it was announced but is like anything else. It takes time to put into place. It's a completely new forum system, not using an off the shelf solution.

I have come across people who didn't think v2 existed at all(they were new). So my sig is for people who don't believe in v2, or think v2 is an excuse for mod to be lazy, and yes I have come across people who think that for some reason. And BTW, my sig isn't as bad as OMG A MOD TOLD ME GTANET V2 IS REAL LOLOLOL. I would rather die before I put that.
