How does xliveless load the save games

Hi,

 

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask this but how does xliveless load the save games? I am currently automating the process copying the files/folders to the different directory. I just need to figure out why the save games copied into the "\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames" wont load when I start the game. I load the game it doesn't detect the save files and thus starts a new game even though the saves are in the correct directory.

Make sure you are only copying the actual save files (named "SGTA4xx") to the savegames folder, and not the folders with names that start with "user_e".

Ah, so the save files go diresctly into the "savegame" folder regardless of what user they were under originally?

I tried that but the game still refuses the recognize that the save games are in the "Documents" directory.
