If I were you i'd learn something like map modelling and get at least one of your 4 towns, then post pictures and stuff, this will most likely inspire people to help. I forget to add, if i can create a .txd, and editing Weapon Ammo Clip, Damage, etc. And, I still learn to use ZModeler2 ( my pc doesn't support it, and my laptop?, it OS are CRASH, because my sh*t brother, insert a game full with virus ), Map Editor ( MEd ), etc Yea, i know create DYOM are easiest job. Because that, I NOT publish it first at gtagarage.com So, sorry.
