Microsoft's gta 4 announcement @2006 e3 so like this happend back in 2006, microsoft could announce gta v again this year aswell, or it could be sony or nintendo who knows... take two could announce it, but i doubt it. If it's announced it's highly likely that it will come from Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo. So keep those fingers crossed, otherwise we are in for another long ass wait(maybe until e3 2012!)
