Midnight Special
Right now I'm downloading something but the problem is, that although my internet usually downloads at 200kpbs, It is downloading at 2-3 kpbs at the moment. It is incredibly annoying and I want to throw my modem out of the window. Browsing speed is fine. The only problem is download speed and buffering speed. I am definately sure that there are no other downloads in the background.
coin-god
Are you sure it isn't just the server wich is slow?
Midnight Special
Are you sure it isn't just the server wich is slow? I tried downloading different things from different websites or browsers, the max speed I could get was 15 kbps. Maybe it's the ISP eh? Cause there was thunder 2-3 hours ago. Wolf68k
Have you power cycled the modem, and router if there is one? Unplug each. Wait about 5 minutes. First plug in the modem and wait until it's completely ready. Then plug in the router. If that doesn't fix it then call your ISP. They should be the ones you contact to begin with as they are the only ones that can help you, all we can do is make suggestions.

Midnight Special
It didn't work. Guess I'll have to call the ISP.
