How to prevent SRT3 1.7+P.O. from lagging?

hey can anybody here help me? I just installed SRT31.7 and P.O.2010hd on my pc but my pc lags.. confused.gif

my specs are windows xp sp1

intel pentium 4 1.80 ghz

512 mb ram

Im using ATI radeon 512 mb graphics card

 

can someone here tell me how to reduce the lagging?
