problems with ENB series mods

Hi, I have an xps 15 with gt420m and nvidia optimus technology. GTA Iv runs fine maxed and with all graphic mods like visualIV and realizmIV etc, however after I install the ENB series mod the game automatically starts with the onboard integrated graphics instead of the nvidia dedicated GPU When I modify the enbsettings.ini file and put d3d9.dll in the proxylibrary string the fan starts and the application launcher appear as working in the taskmanager, but the game never starts. Can anybody help me with it? or has anybody had this same problem with optimus? I would appreciate very much any help.
