Just watch my three easy tutorials on youtube!! I am not joking!! You can even then play the game without the patch!! Sorry for the bad quality but I had to compress the videos because it was to big to upload!! If anyone knows how to improve it please let me know!! Remember to first watch all my Gta IV Lagging Problem Fix videos otherwise it's not going to work please!!
