Adding Seat

I was wondering if it's possible to add a passenger seat to a motorcycle that otherwise only seats one (like the pizzaboy). I was thinking it may be a value in Handling or Vehicles file but I am unsure.

Compare between regular motorbike and Pizzaboy, does motorbike have some dummy? Because you can change 2-doored car to 4-doored by just adding rear-doors, and adding rear-seat-dummy.
