I had an HD5770 and this is I think the absolute minimum to run the game with ENB mod. Frames will be low I think. If the CPU is a quadcore it is okay, RAM is okay I think. The GFX card is good but for GTA4 + ENB it is close to out of date. I´m using a GTX460 and get about 30 or 40 frames.
