Jago
I haven't played the game in a long time, but is 'Motion Blur' (or something to that effect) on? If so, try turning it off/pressing P in-game.

radioman
IV needs atleast 2.4 Ghz on a Dual core. That's for an AMD Dual Core, Intel Dual Core's need 1.8GHZ.-According to the Pinned topic and the box the game came in. Just a friendly heads up. 2GB is not ideal also - How much Ram does Windows 7 use on its own? Windows 7 uses between 900MB and 1.2GB for 32-bit and around 1.5GB to 2.2GB for 64-bit. So, since he has a 32-bit OS, that does not leave much for games and apps. But, @amitabh, What is your Video card AND What is your VRAM? To find out, just go to Start, type in DXDIAG into the Search box and press Enter, then click the Display tab to find that info. But...yeah, your Processor is below minimum, as the minimum is 1.8GHZ, and you only have 1.7GHZ. Just a friendly heads up...
