It feels like Chicago or a similar, large metropolis. The main character is a white male of Irish descent, thats all I know. The map will be huge and is going to 'dwarf' San Andreas and III combined. There will be planes and parachutes. Possible 'futuristic' vehicles. [Jetpacks and Suchs] More focus on knife/hand combat. Overhauled weapon system. Looking at a Spring / Late 2012 release. He worked on a part of the map that took a 15 minute in-game drive back to the city. Carl Johnson will be in the game but he doesn't know how he will take part in the story. Also the map is gonna be big, I mean huge... I designed and created some simple park/wild life areas, and if you ever played Just Cause 1 or 2 you can get a feeling of how big the game will be. Compared to older games the map will dwarf San Andreas and gta3 combined. uhmm... I know they're concentrating on close combat and putting more work into fighting with your hands and knife/ bladed weapons. W1ckeD- Posted May 15, 2011 Share Posted May 15, 2011 Yeah I'm not sure, sounds good though: Other things I can think of off the top of my head are; huge map, advanced driving mechanics, more involved flying system and it will be funner as you won't have to fly in circles to avoid flying off the map like in the old games. I modeled and created alot of wild areas and shrub. The plants and environmental details will be interactive in that walking over, through, or driving through for example plants and bushes will flatten, damage, and alter the models. Nobody but the top people can talk about anything publicly without permission. People who violate this are fired and/or sued and unlikely to work in the industry again. So, fake.
