You're asking DYOM users to think of an idea for a story or mission and give it to you. Take this as an example: Your whole class have the same school assignment to do and you ask your classmates to give you an idea for the assignment. They won't give it to you. I don't know anyone who would be up all night thinking of an idea and then give it to someone else the other day. You have to understand that every DYOM user here (more or less) is original. Nobody will think of an idea and pass it to someone else. When we do think of an idea for a storyline, believe it or not, we'll use it in our own storyline.
