I can see two scenarios, GTA V will release on PS3 and Xbox 360 first, then Cafe console will get it later in an upgraded form, or it may release alongside the versions of PS3 and Xbox 360, but it would be upgraded from a technical point of view, and the difference would be very notable to a degree that Nintendo would be able to seduce players to get the better version on their console. The second scenario, would be Rockstar releasing a timed-exclusive spin-off GTA game on Cafe console, then it would make its way to PS3 and Xbox 360 later, like the situation with GTA CTW, or in another case, it would be kept exclusive. Nintendo signed a deal last year with Volition to make a Saints Row game by the launch of the 3DS. Yes, that game ended up getting scrapped but because Volition was focusing in on 'The Third'. When Nintendo was asked about having such a violent style of game for their device, they pretty much just said; "That's what we want." So, I don't know about that. This has been true, but you have to consider that Nintendo could lose the casual gamer market to the web and iOS. Xbox 360 and PS3 can still offer games you can't get and wouldn't want to play on an iPad. Nintendo can't keep doing the same thing Nintendo has been doing or they'll become irrelevant. Same with RDR. Same with Midnight Club. Likely still the same with L.A. Noire and Agent. Excluding any system is usually bad for sales, since you're cutting out an entire audience. Anyway, E3 Rumor lists turn up every year, and they always end up being false. If by some chance it is a Nintendo exclusive, I'd have to see the system price and library before I'd actually shell out for it. Otherwise I'll just wait for the game to hit the PS3. You sure know what you're talking about. I remember everybody used to play their Nintendo DS at school, but now it's all about the iPad Touch. It's sad that I'm one of those always behind on the handhelds. I was playing the GBC when everybody had the GBA, the GBA SP when everybody had the Nintendo DS, and now the Nintendo DSi when everybody has the iPad Touch. People were buying X360 just for IV and episodes and it was OK for them. So what's the problem with buying Wii 2 just for next GTA? P.S. IV wasnt an exclusive, sure the dlc was, but I believe another big reason alot of people have bought the 360 is coz u can get one for dirt cheap and upgrade from there. Thats what I did. Though I don't think Nintendo will be anything surprising and far advanced as the ps3 and xbox. Maybe just a console to compare with them. You got to remember that they have to upgrade their motion crap before Sony destroys their market. Also they have to keep it cheap enough for people to buy. Also their CD capabilities. I seen so far it their optical CD only puts out 9gb and I don't think Nintendo is the type of market to have 2 cds to play a game or am I wrong? Gamecube and Wii both use PowerPC processors, just like the 360 and PS3, and the Café is rumored to have the same or a better version of the 360's PowerPC CPU.
