Rabadon
I was looking for a serial killer (supposedly another one, not just eddy) that filled up some cans with blood around northern Algonquin cargo ships. After a hour of a SWAG-ing (semi-wild-***-Guessing) of where he might hit next, I found some interesting graffiti on a house close to the lost MC club-house. It said "F.H.P". I had found either 1 of 4 things. 1) some random crap R* through in for kicks. 2) The serial killers initials, I have not checked the data base YET. 3) Some random reference/ Joke/ Sexual reference. OR 4) A well hidden hint to the upcoming GTA:V! Now Interesting enough, as I looked up the initials, The headlines "FLORIDA Highway Police" came up ALL OVER THE PLACE, like freaking 3 pages! Now this may as well be just a big coincidence, but I'm going to ask you viewers to help me out! If you know that FHP is someone in-game, or means something else than Florida Highway Patrol, or is some joke or something PLEASE COMMENT ON THAT! Keep your eyes (and camera) open and out people! Happily my second topic, Waffleperson337!
Dymez.
I'm wondering one thing. As I've never used to be on the internet looking information for games way before the release date until about a month ago, I've noticed that alot of people find alleged hints that Rockstar may have dropped in GTA IV about their next game. Now, my question to everyone is; in previous GTA's, were there any hints dropped for the following GTA game that actually turned out to be legit? Also, I remember in GTA III, Claude had a mission where he had to take this guy (I forgot his name, forgive me it's been a while) and drive him to the airport. His gift to you was a HUMMER. Anyway when you dropped him off he says, "See you in Miami, kid." But you can't use that specific type of hint as a theory of relativity because in GTA IV they mention San Andreas and Vice City both, several times. Unless the next GTA ends up being a colossal map of both places in the same game, then we have a gold mine. I never used this phrase before but I'd honestly "jizz my pants" if that was to happen. Well, it was a long shot. Though I'm pretty sure the "cycle" is gonna repeat. I just like fueling this new rage of the continuing game of "Where the hell is the next gta gonna be!?" Now, ya see, I agree completely With that last paragraph, you here SA and VC many times, and hell, you here references to carter city, Ohio, and freaking Tuskegee, but there is a thing when they have little things hinting toward VC that are hidden and not SA or CS or Tuskegee. Now I'm not gonna dive head first on this, but their is quite a bit of evidence that points toward VC as our next destination. Take The porn shops volcano for example. It is a reference to a picture in the handbook of VC. The GtaIII cycle also shows, though it could follow GTA1's pattern, both starting out in LC, But then goes to SA, and then VC. But, im my opinion, The references to VC tip over on scale of SA, and I have no ****ing clue where people thought France and Japan was a good idea, and their is no evidence from past GTA's, except some triads, but nothing to big. Though I have a opinion, and you have one, i respect yours a lot. GTA SA didn't point to LC much, except in that one mission where you go to saint mark's bistro, but that's just because of the location. Thanks for commenting too! I agree quite a bit, and thanks for putting a bit of time in that, very well thought out my good sir.

GTA_stu
Well if I remember correctly in VC there was a helicopter which had the name and date of SA on it. That turned out to be true, so R* do have a history of this kind of thing. Having said that I don't think in this case that it's a hint. I mean F.H.P doesn't scream to me "Florida Highway Patrol". I think the more creatively you need to think for a "hint" to make sense, the more that hint looks less and less likely.
