You DO NOT need a new e-mail address to create a new account, all you have to do is log out from your current GTANet account, then instead of logging in under that account, use the "Create account(or what ever the option says)"-for new accounts. Then, after that is done(new account is set up), PM a Moderator/Admin./Led-by and let them know you want your old account banned, so you do not violate the Rules about multiple accounts. Change the email address in your control panel to some gibberish - note that this will move your account to the "Awaiting Authorization" group and lock you out. Your actual email is now free to be used to register your new account. @radioman: Actually, each account needs to be registered with a unique email address for validation.
