Request Handling Adder for gta 3

Adding vehicles in gta 3 is very simple : you add DFF. , TXD. , COLL. , the carcol line , the text line , the default line and... the handling line. In fact,you CAN'T add handling line,you need to replace them.Yes I can replace uncessary handling line,but it not unlimited.

 

So ... a make this request for fix this problem.I don't know if it possible to make a DLL. or a ASI. in GTA 3 but Help me please and all the community of Gta fans.

off course we can add handling line,

who say so ?

of course,you can add a handling line.

 

But when the cars spawn, the game crash.

 

 

like,if a add a cars in the game,i need a handling line.So i put it at the end of handling.cfg like that

but the handling.cfg have a limit.So when the cars spawn in the game,the game don't read the new handling line and the game crash.
