RobsEpicFret Posted May 12, 2011 Share Posted May 12, 2011 Hi Amigos i was born blind from my right eye due to choking in that thing mothers feed their babies with inside their stomach,so it seems it did not got enough oxygen when i was less than a decade old my mom just told me i was choking on that and thats how it happened no explination about a cataract,lazy eye or a cure when i finally opened my eyes yesterday-i mean my eye and found out what a cataract is,i learned that it could of been easilly cured before 2 years of age,BOTH cataract and lazy eye that means my mom just did not give a horse's ass and didn't even see an i doctor! seriously i am really mad at her because of this damn blind eye I.. -get made fun of and given nicknames(lazy eye,cyclops) -bump on to things on the right side -leave my friends hanging because i can't see their hands... -people look at my eye when i am talking or just simply walk pass them -teachers think i am not paying attention because my right eye is looking away -people flip me off from that side because they know i can't see and too many to count is it too late to do anything about cataract,lazy eye,or vision? i know i may sound like a pussy but i am sick of it and theres been nights of endless tears please do not make fu of me or put rude comments kind and helpful words would be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GrandMaster Smith Posted May 12, 2011 Share Posted May 12, 2011 Not only will it make it to where people can't see your eye, you'll also look very cool. but you can try the board over your good eye trick and try to increase the muscle strength of your weaker one. There are too many reasons to not use GTAF for medical advice. Anyway, I suspect your best bet is to ask a doctor. Just one more thing... if that doesn't work, you could always start doing some pretty sweet Peter Falk impressions. I'm a slender kid, it's difficult for me to show muscle. Unless I live at the gym I'll never look anywhere close to beefy, so I make fun of it instead of griping about it. People are mean, but they're just insecure douchebags. As long as you feel okay with being who you are, then what anyone else thinks really shouldn't be an issue to you. Patch the good eye so as to force the lazy eye to get off it's ass and start doing some f*cking work for a change. Lazy eyes - when will they ever learn? RobsEpicFret Posted May 12, 2011 Author Share Posted May 12, 2011 I appreciate the big boss and sunglasses jokes but calling me a pirate is not the way to make someone feel better so don't bother posting i always wanted to try sunglasses to ATLEAST not being made fun of,or other things like bumping into the person on the right side but yea it would stop the blind eye jokes but create the:"you think your so cool because you wear shades" i don't care if they say that because they think they are so cool getting detention... i heard that cataract surgery is one of the most successfull and safe surgeries my mom and I are going to have a talk on going to see an eye doctor i know its kinda easy to say F The haters but i usually curse them back on their own downs but later at home i get really depressed and it makes me so mad when some kind of Emo girl postes status on facebook how they hate their life and that it couldn't be worse. and my other eye seems to be having problems too everytime i go to reccess in the sunshine i can't open my eyes for a minute or two because the light is too bright for my eyes same thing happens in Video games,TV,other bright lights like flashlights my mom told me when i was twelve that the doctor said i was going to have learning problems due to the eye thing and it seems to be true i find it hard to pay attention in class and i don't even converse with people next to me in any of my classes often the only thing i have asked god besides my loved ones safety is to find a way to fix this. just imagine -I have a BB gun,i have to have to hold my fun with my left hand because that is the only way i can look through the aim/scope -Binoculars,this made me cry as a kid -3D movies,guess i wont be able to see em'. -Guitar Playiong,i am learning guitar and i have to look at the fretboard with one eye but it doesn't really matter since i am going to learn playing without look at it,and there is even a blind painist -Tilted head,most of the times my head is slighty tilted to the right because i don't know if i am looking straight a question for you guys Do you guys see your nose and how does it feel to have 2 eyes Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
